HOOP

Aerial HOOP TRAINING

Suspended in the air, Aerial Hoop (aka “lyra”), is a circular metal apparatus. You will learn how to create beautiful shapes below, inside, and above the apparatus. Hoop trainings will teach you various techniques to enter and exit the hoop. Conditioning exercises will help you build strength, body awareness and coordination. No worries if you have none of these skills. We will teach you all the basics needed to progress.

Until NYC’s group fitness restrictions are lifted, Body & Pole will continue to not conduct any indoor classes. We will continue to offer individualized guided level trainings on single-use equipment.

To remain compliant, we ask that you warm yourself up at the start of each training. Your trainer will be available to personally guide you with one-on-one instruction throughout your training in proper form and technique. Body & Pole remains committed to the highest safety standards to ensure you enjoy a safe aerial flight.
