Strength, grace, and sensuality combine on this vertical stainless steel apparatus. Pole classes break down various spins, dance movement, floorwork and conditioning exercises. In the process, you will improve body awareness and coordination. You will also increase upper body strength and flexibility. No worries if you have none of these skills. We will teach you all the basics needed to progress. We recommend taking 3-5 Intro classes and/or receiving instructor approval before moving to a Level 1 class. If you have some experience in pole we recommend you begin with a Level 1 class and inquire directly with your instructor to have your accurate level assessed.

INTRO TO POLE
If you have never taken a pole dance class, this is where your journey begins. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of pole dance technique and strength training that will prepare you to join our beginner level classes. We recommend that you take this class 3-5 times before moving on. Please wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up to expose the back of your knees.
POLE – LEVEL 1 (BEGINNER)
This beginner level pole dance class is designed to build upon the basics you’ve learned in Intro to Pole. You will learn how to spin, climb, and move smoothly up, down, and around the pole. In essence, this is the level where pole students begin to dance in the air for the first time while building the strength they will need to prepare for inverted techniques.
POLE POWER – LEVEL 1 & 2
This class focuses on the strength training and conditioning required to execute the techniques that are covered in our Level 1 and Level 2 Pole classes with greater ease and confidence. It is designed to enhance your overall practice and L1/L2 experience: By training power, students will ultimately gain control which leads to fluidity and grace.
POLE’OGRAPHY – LEVEL 1 & 2
In this class you will learn a unique, stylized routine designed to increase your pole dance vocabulary while also focusing on musical and emotional connectivity. The goal of this class is to improve your sense of musicality, lines, and expression with the use of dynamic and contrasting movement on the pole. Pre-requisite: Pole Level 1
POLE FLUIDITY – LEVEL 1
In this class you will be introduced to the essential elements of becoming a fluid pole dancer. The focus is the exploration of connecting movement and techniques as strength develops. This class is designed with the beginner student in mind but is open to any level student whose goal is to improve quality of movement.
POLE – LEVEL 2 (BEGINNER – INTERMEDIATE)
This class is designed for students who have been working on climbs and spins, and are ready to begin basic pole inversions. You will continue to learn more advanced climbs, spins, and floor work variations while building the strength and confidence necessary for proper inversion technique.
SPINNY POLE – LEVEL 2
In this class you will take your Level 2 static pole technique and apply it to the spinning pole. You’ll learn creative ways to travel up and down the pole as well as how to control your speed while maintaining your flow. Pre-requisite: Must be comfortable with basic inversions.
POLE FLUIDITY – LEVEL 2
In this class you will learn to flow your Level 2 pole dance techniques into fluid sequences. The emphasis will be placed on body awareness and connecting movement rather than on the technical specifics of the skills being taught. Students must take Level 2 classes for at least 4 weeks before attending this class.
POLE – LEVEL 3 (INTERMEDIATE)
This class is designed for the student who is already comfortable with Level 2 inversions (both grounded and aerially), leg hangs, climbing variations, and spin pole. Level 3 will bring your training to the next level with power spins, more advanced inversions, and challenging holds which involve fewer and/or smaller points of contact. You will learn how to bring all the skills you’ve acquired together to execute both dynamic and fluid aerial combinations. This is the level where the student truly begins to find their unique strengths and style as a pole dance athlete/artist.
POLE POWER – LEVEL 3 & 4:
This class is designed for solid intermediate and advanced level students who want to nail those dynamic power moves consistently. The focus will be on strength training and conditioning as well as achieving gains in flexibility all of which is key to enhancing your advanced pole practice. Prerequisite: Level 3 classes for at least one month or its equivalent at a different facility.
SPINNY POLE – LEVEL 3 & 4
In this class, you will transform your Level 3 and 4 technique by bringing it to spin pole. Learn to harness the power of the spinning pole by building challenging sequences with a focus on fluid transitions. Prerequisite: Level 3 classes for at least one month or its equivalent at a different facility.
POLE FLUIDITY – LEVEL 3 & 4
Although focus remains on building strength and flexibility with additional tricks and more advanced movement, the goal of this class is to advance your pole artistry. You’ll deepen your connection to the music, focus on proper body alignment, find your own style, and improve your overall quality of movement. Prerequisite: Level 3 classes for at least one month or its equivalent at a different facility.
POLE – LEVEL 4 (INTERMEDIATE – ADVANCED)
This class is designed to challenge the advanced student with the highest level strength and flexibility tricks, intricate transitions, dynamic flows, flips, drops, and tumbles. The focus is on the balance of strength, power, fluidity, and grace at the highest level.

OPEN WORKOUT – POLE
Come practice what you’ve learned in class – train with friends or on your own. This is not a class – No instructor will be present for teaching/spotting.
POLE – OPEN LEVEL
(LEVEL 2 & UP)
In this multi-level class, instructors will teach techniques and combinations with progressions designed to challenge the varying levels of ability in the room. Prerequisite: All students must be comfortably inverting from the ground to attend this class.
FINDING YOUR FREESTYLE – OPEN LEVEL (LEVEL 1 & UP)
This class is designed to give you the tools and freedom to develop a meaningful freestyle practice. Learn to use your pole space with more imagination and adaptability, sharper instincts, and greater movement confidence in a supportive collaborative environment.
LOW FLOW HEELS
(LEVEL 1 & UP)
This heels specific technique class will keep you dancing from start to finish. Elevate the skills you’ve acquired in Level 1, but six, seven, or eight inches higher. Students may wear heels with the height of their choosing but should refrain from taking class in street shoes.
