Core trainings support your pole and aerial journey by expanding your movement vocabulary while perfecting coordination, strength, flexibility, body awareness, and more.
Until NYC’s group fitness restrictions are lifted, Body & Pole will continue to not conduct any indoor classes. We will continue to offer individualized guided level trainings on single-use equipment.
To remain compliant, we ask that you warm yourself up at the start of each training. Your trainer will be available to personally guide you with one-on-one instruction throughout your training in proper form and technique. Body & Pole remains committed to the highest safety standards to ensure you enjoy a safe aerial flight.
Core– ALL LEVEL
While maintaining an intense emphasis on the core, this training uses a unique combination of dynamic floor work (derived from Pilates, ballet, and modern dance), stretch bands, and aerial hammocks to train your support muscles to help prevent injury and develop strength.
LIQUID MOTION – ALL LEVEL
Liquid Motion utilizes basic dance theory and sensual movement to build a foundation in floor work, utilizing across the floor sequences including shoulder rolls, and intricate floor flows.
RING THING – ALL LEVEL
Want to master your pull-up, muscle up, condition your inversions, and more? The Ring Thing® is a gymnastics training system that reduces your body weight by 50% using a specialized pulley and harness, allowing you to safely develop strength and endurance with proper technique, improving strength, skills, and quality of movement.
INVERTable – ALL LEVEL
This floor-based training teaches you how to understand and find balance upside-down in handstands, headstands and other arm balances. This training begins with core conditioning, wrist prep, and alignment exercises that prepare all levels of students for inversions.
