Once you have taken INTRO TO POLE classes (We recommend that you take the intro class three to five times), and you feel that you completely understand and get the moves you learned in Intro to Pole, you are then ready to join any of our LEVEL 1 BEGINNER classes. TRAINCATION

Aerial fabric (aka “silks” or “tissu”) offers you a graceful way to express yourself as you climb and wrap your body in the silks, creating strong and elegant lines. Come experiment in a new freedom as you leave the ground and challenge your body and mind to move like never before. Note: We encourage students to wear clothing that covers the back of their knees and torso for all aerial classes (except pole). This will help avoiding burns caused by friction with the fabric or hoop.

INTRODUCTION TO AERIAL HOOP: If you have NEVER taken an aerial hoop (aka “lyra”) class and are new to aerial apparatus, this is the class for you. In this class you will learn the various techniques to enter and exit from the hoop, along with conditioning, strength, and flexibility exercises. After grasping these fundamentals, you will be comfortable joining beginner-level aerial hoop classes. We recommend that you take this intro class three to four times, or have an instructor’s approval to take beginner-level classes.

Our Flexibility classes teach you the proper and safe techniques to enhance your flexibility and take it to the next level. Our program consists of beginner to advanced flexibility training, as well as unique offers like MELT, which uses balls and rollers to release, decompress, and improve your performance.
