When is the studio open?

Our studio is open 7 days a week from 9am-9:30pm, with classes starting as early as 9:40am. Our last class of the day begins at 8pm.

How do I book a class?

You can book classes on our website, our app, or directly through our booking platform, MindBody. Regardless of which you choose, you’ll need to create a login with MindBody before you can book your first class. When you find a class you’d like to take, we encourage you to sign up as soon as possible – our classes book up quickly!

Can I book a specific spot in class?

Our spots are first-come-first-serve. We recommend getting to class 10 minutes early to grab your favorite spot.

What’s the cost of a class at Body & Pole?

Our regular class rate is $45/class, but we also offer packages, monthly memberships and special pricing for new students.

New students can enjoy their first class for $25, and also have the option to purchase a 5-pack of classes for $99 (at $20/class).

Do I need to have a membership to take classes at Body & Pole?

No membership is needed! But, if you happen to fall in love with our classes, we highly recommend them as it can be more cost effective.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

When do I need to arrive?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class starts, to allow time for check-in, changing and storing your belongings. Please note that we do not allow entry to the studio before this time.

What if I’m late?

For safety reasons, we do not allow students to enter late. If you are late, you will not be able to switch to another class or get a refund. We strongly recommend considering the time of day and travel route you plan to take to avoid any disruptions that could result in lateness.

How do I sign in?

When you get to the studio, you’ll sign in at the front desk. If you’re a new student, we’ll also need to see your photo ID to complete your profile.

What amenities are available at Body & Pole?

We have a retail space where you can purchase apparel, accessories, grip, light refreshments and water. We also have lounges on our top and main floors, where you can wait for your class.

Where can I secure my things?

We have two fully open locker rooms where you can store your belongings. Please note that you will need to bring your own lock or you can purchase one at our retail store front.

Are there changing rooms and showers?

We have personal changing stations available. There are no showers on the premises.

TAKING CLASSES

What should I wear to class?

We suggest slightly different attire based on the class type you are taking. Please see below:

Pole:

For our Intro and Level 1 pole classes, we recommend shorts or pants that can be rolled up to expose the back of your knees. You will need skin exposed to help grip the pole. You are also welcome to bring layers to start the warm-up in.

Our more advanced levels will require fitted shorts and sports bra to allow for greater skin exposure to help grip the pole. No transparent material is allowed. No undergarments are allowed to be used in place of workout attire.

Silk & Hoop:

For all aerial classes outside of pole, we encourage students to wear fitted clothing that covers the back of their knees and torso for all aerial classes. This will help avoid burns caused by friction from the fabric or hoop.

Flex:

We recommend athletic attire that is stretchable and you feel comfortable moving in.

FloorWERK:

We encourage knee pads, long pants, and a long sleeve shirt.

Please leave your jewelry at home. Jewelry is not permitted in any of our aerial dance classes (Pole, Silk, Hoop). It is a safety hazard if it becomes caught. It can also cause damage to our apparatuses and you will be held responsible.

Please note that street shoes are not allowed in the studios.

Can I take photos/videos during class?

For the safety and privacy of all our students, videos and photos are not permitted during class. However, our instructors do allow time after class if you’d like to capture something. If so, please feel free to tag us on Instagram @bodyandpole so we can like it and share it (if you allow)!
