This 30 minute expo arena workshop will give attendees a chance to experience a taste of the Body & Pole signature inversion and handstand conditioning class INVERTable taught by Body & Pole master trainer and inversion guru Sam Star.
Finding Your Freestyle
Saturday – 11:30am – 11:55am with Tracee Kafer
Finding Your Freestyle creator Tracee Kafer will lead attendees through a series of mindful (and fun!) exercises that they can take home, no pole necessary. This movement experience will hone the practice of guided exploration (alone and with a partner) with a focus on musical connection, creativity, intention, and spontaneity. Freestyle exploration allows access to more personal freedom, whether you are alone, in the classroom, or on the stage!
