From pole and aerial, to unique and diverse cross-training classes, and flexibility training, our studio can create a one-of-a-kind training experience to fortify, inspire and grow your passion and skills! We have over 200 classes a week to assist you in curating a week full of what you need most. Design your own experience with our unlimited week-long Traincation class package. 7 Day Pass
Get 7 days of unlimited training at Body & Pole. This includes any Pole, Aerial, Conditioning, and Flexibility class on the schedule. Excludes specialty workshops.

This pass can be purchased at any time, as many times as you like, 365 days of the year. The 7 day expiration begins on the first day you use the pass. Go to our Private Classes page to inquire about private training rates. Room Rentals are also available to supplement your training.

The closest neighborhoods to Body & Pole are Chelsea, Flatiron District, Gramercy Park, Hell’s Kitchen, Midtown, Times Square, Murray Hill, Union Square, however most locations in the New York City area will be convenient by train ride due to our extensive subway system. You can fly into any Greater New York City area airport. When searching for your flight look for John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).
Trains (and buses) are another viable option for travel in the surrounding states around New York City. You can use Amtrak’s website to assist you. The destination station is Penn Station (NYP).
PLACES TO EAT
Body & Pole is located on 27th Street in Manhattan (between 6th and 7th Ave.). There is a plethora of choice for food a few steps from our studio. Some of the closest, most popular choices are: Sunac (deli/buffet style/snacks), Organique (delivery, organic), Whole Foods (grocery), Pita Grill (Mediterranean, fast/healthy), Starbucks (caffeine), Chipotle (Mexican, fast/healthy) , and Kobeyaki (Japanese, fast/healthy).
The front desk/reception area at Body & Pole will always be available should you need a quick and personal recommendation for food between classes!
