CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Part-Time Hybrid: Remote & In Person
Interested in shaping the creative voice of a dynamic movement studio in the new year? Body & Pole is seeking a Creative Director & Media Content Manager to steward our visual brand, marketing assets, and creative storytelling across platforms.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, design-savvy creative who enjoys both big-picture brand thinking and hands-on execution.

About the Role
The Creative Director & Media Content Manager is responsible for owning, developing, and refining the visual brand and related assets of Body & Pole. This role builds and maintains a strong, cohesive brand presence across digital and print marketing channels, supporting the studio’s classes, trainings, events, and community initiatives.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and internal team to plan campaigns, create content, and track marketing performance—bridging creativity, strategy, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and steward the visual brand of Body & Pole
  • Collaborate with the CEO to set marketing initiatives, campaigns, and success metrics
  • Oversee creative projects from concept through execution across print and digital platforms
  • Design and produce marketing assets (email graphics, in-studio flyers and signage, social media assets, web visuals, etc.)
  • Collaborate with programming and administrative teams to support class launches, trainings, and special events
  • Art direct photo shoots, video shoots, and event production as needed
  • Manage and maintain online marketing platforms, including the website and email marketing
  • Review and interpret basic marketing analytics to inform strategy and content decisions
  • Supervise and collaborate with third-party designers, developers, photographers, and videographers
  • Serve as the point person for technical aspects of the multimedia workflow
  • Support additional creative and marketing needs as they arise

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong graphic design skills and visual brand sensibility
  • Excellent creative writing and copyediting skills
  • Experience working across both digital and print marketing
  • Comfort with marketing analytics and performance tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Clear communicator who collaborates well with both creative and non-creative team members
  • Experience in arts, movement, wellness, or community-based organizations is a plus

FRONT DESK SALES MANAGER – PART TIME

Job Description
The front desk sales manager position is responsible for providing a welcoming environment as well as leading client services and sales at the studio.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong sales background with ability to meet sales goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional and warm demeanor.
  • Self-starter, ambitious, accountable, strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of studio services and offerings.
  • Experience with MindBody software a plus.

Commitment
Part-time, 3 days per week, 6 hour shifts
