Whether you are brand-new to pole or aerial, or just new to our studio, you should take advantage of either our first class rate (only $25), or first package rate (your first 5 classes for only $99)! These rates are good for any intro class, or pole/aerial/flexibility class of your choice!

Sign up online for any Intro to Pole, Intro to Hoop or Intro to Fabric class (if you have never done these before) and pay only $25.

Intro to Pole

This class is your introduction to pole dance and all the basics you need to know. For clothing, make sure you can have the back of your knees exposed. You should be able to do all the basic moves comfortably before progressing into the level 1 classes.

Key moves you’ll learn in this class:

  • Walking around the pole
  • Body rolls
  • Dip and fold
  • Basic pole spins (fireman spin, back hook spin)
  • Dismounts to the floor
  • Basic floor work
  • Fan kicks
  • Basic strength training

Intro to Hoop

This class is your introduction to hoop and all the basics you need to know. We encourage you to wear clothing that covers the back of your knees, and your torso. You should be able to do all the basic moves comfortably before progressing into level 1 classes.

Key moves you’ll learn in this class:

  • Trapeze mount and dismount
  • Straddle mounts and dismount
  • Pullover mount and dismount
  • Transitions from all mounts
  • Basic seated poses
  • Bow & Arrow layback
  • Spins

Intro to Fabric

This class is your introduction to fabric and all the basics you need to know. We encourage you to wear clothing that covers the back of your knees, and your torso. You should be able to do all the basic moves comfortably before progressing into level 1 classes.

Key moves you’ll learn in this class:

  • Basic climb and descent
  • Wrist locks
  • Figure 8 footlock
  • Hip lean
  • Figure 4
  • Footlock split
  • Hammock inversions
