Liquid Motion Anatomy of the Heel
Let’s face it, before you clack, smack, shake, and slide, you must know the basics. Regardless of your movement experience, once you put on heels you are starting back at square one. We will start with ankle stability and over all body conditioning to prepare you for this newly-added apparatus. Students will learn how to utilize their edges and pivot points to create cleaner lines through the ankle resulting in successful, smoother, stronger, and of course sexier movement. Technique is key, but fear not, Jeni will provide many ass-grabbing and twat-tilting tricks of the trade.
