It’s that time again! Are you prepared for the 5th annual Body & Pole Halloween party? We have The Vacant Lot of Rock & Roll Debauchery coming your way this Friday night.
Every year this Halloween party is an immersive experience, and this year the stakes are even higher! There will be ghouls, goblins, ninjas & mermaids hanging, swinging and flying through the air. While these creatures are taking a break drinking blood or howling at the moon, there will be three different Dj’s; RT, Debbie, & DJ Nick spinning (check out their music below). Pus, there’s an open bar AND a $250 cash prize for the best costume, runner up prizes include a pair of Broadway tickets and a free class package.
The performer line-up include staffers like Lara Michaels (just crowned the 2015 Northeast Aerial Art Champion!), Aggie Ng, Kyra Johannesen, Stella Fink, Sam Star (and her Skeleton Leg Dancers),
Jen James and Elena Delgado to only name a few! It’s always a pleasure to see instructors, friends and peers perform in an supportive community without the pressures of competition. Costumes are one of my favorite parts of performing. When you’re dressed up like someone else or another entity it’s like you have license to explore the characteristics of that costume. Here at Body & Pole, we welcome the crazy, so come explore your shadow side or princess mischief and dance with us into the evening!
