The Body & Pole studio is filled with a variety of instructors from all different backgrounds. Of course, we want you to become the best pole dancers and aerialists you can be, and sometimes that means exploring other modes of fitness. Jill Carnegie, a B&P studio instructor, nutrition counselor, and Pilates instructor, is hosting two exclusive trainings this month. Look below for more information!

Anatomy, Biomechanics & Posture Analysis (ABP) – 15 hours

This course reviews the structures (bones, muscles, joints, etc.) that form the support of the human body. An emphasis will be placed on the “ideal” posture and biomechanics of each joint while helping students learn how to detect abnormalities both statically and dynamically. Open to all personal trainers, this invaluable course will help you provide lasting results for your clients and increase your marketability.

**This course can be taken alone. It is a required pre-requisite for All Populations Mat I.**

All Populations Mat l (APM I) – 35 hours

**ABP (above) is a required Pre-Requisite for APM I**
What makes great buildings? Great foundations! This course teaches the first three tiers of the Pilates Mat repertoire and how to modify exercises for all age groups and fitness levels. Emphasis is placed on maintaining variety and providing small challenges while safely progressing a client in order to avoid monotony. Students leave the course confident and capable of creating safe and effective workouts for today’s diverse client. 68 Exercises.
